Role Description

Leveraging a skillset that includes strategic marketing, analytics, and customer experience, you will be part of a large, close-knit team to provide industry leading customer success for critical growth initiatives and key partnerships. You will be responsible for troubleshooting individual customer problems, managing customer escalations, and managing a team of Customer Support Agents.

Candidates should be hands-on, energetic and looking to help their customers build and maintain profitable partnerships.

Description

Are you tired of your customer success team constantly playing defense? 70% of CS time is still spent on reactive problem-solving and manual reporting, which is low-leverage work that fails to drive real retention or revenue impact. Despite the rise of AI, most companies are still guessing at customer health, firefighting churn signals too late, and hoping that vague check-ins will turn into renewals or expansions.

IgniteTech is different. We’ve built a customer success motion where AI does the grunt work—scanning for adoption gaps, surfacing churn signals, forecasting renewals, and spotting upsell opportunities. That frees you up to do what actually moves the needle: crafting sharp, AI-backed success plans, steering exec-level conversations, and driving strategic growth. You’ll be the tip of the spear in a model that treats AI as a co-pilot for every customer move.

This isn’t a traditional CS role. You won’t be juggling 50 accounts or sending polite nudges hoping someone reads them. You’ll own a portfolio of high-value customers and use AI insights to run C-level strategy sessions, predictive churn interventions, and well-timed expansion plays backed by cold, hard data. You’ll be joining a team that acts more like a strategic growth engine than a support desk. Your performance will be measured by real outcomes: retention, expansion, advocacy. Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of customer success experience in the B2B software industry
  • Previous experience working with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard)
